BOOKING CONFIRMATION FEE
We are a small, high-end portrait studio. We limit the number of bookings that we accept based on our capacity, and the availability of our award winning photographer. For this reason, a Confirmation Fee is required to secure your booking. This is not an additional fee but can be used towards any purchases you make.You do have a 48 hour window from the time you pay your deposit to opt out of the session for a full refund (an "I've changed my mind" option.) After the 48 hours, your deposit will be applied to purchases or turned to a gift voucher.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
If for any reason you need to re-schedule your appointment, we are happy to apply your deposit to a new date. In order to retain the project gift voucher, you do need to reschedule at the time of cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your booking fee is non- refundable if you decide to cancel and not reschedule.
PRIVACY POLICY
Amy Cope Photography will never sell or share your information with anyone. We only use your information to contact you regarding any applications or to keep you up to date on studio news. You may opt out at anytime by clicking on the opt out button in any of our newsletter emails. By filling out any form on our website or via social media, you agree to be added to our mailing list.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Do I have to place my order at the time of the portrait viewing (ordering session)?
Yes, this is the time we are able to advise you on getting the best from your photographs, so all of the decision makers in the family should be present. We are, unfortunately, unable to provide multiple ordering sessions.
Can I get digital files of the printed images?
Amy Cope Photography specializes in the production of fine photographic prints. All of our print products include matching digital files. We do have several digital-only packages available starting at $1300 for high resolution images.
What are the prices of your photographs?

How long do orders take to complete?
Usually orders are completed in one to four weeks depending on what is ordered. This time may vary during holiday times.
Is it possible to use a payment plan on my purchase?
Full payment is generally required on all orders but payment plans can be organized by arrangement for larger orders. We also offer Afterpay.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take all credit cards and Afterpay.
Can I order photographs at a later date?
Yes, you may order products at a time later than the viewing time, but please note that we only guarantee to keep your files for 28 days after your viewing session and any studio vouchers are ONLY valid for the date of your photo ordering session.
Can I bring extended family and/or pets to be in the photographs?
Yes! We encourage you to capture other special people and/or pets. We believe these images are incredibly important and we are happy to include them. Please let us know if your group will be more than 8 people so we can be prepared.
