Christmas Minis 26

Eligibility
Open to families booking within the Christmas Minis 26 promotional period. Limited to 26 sessions total, available across 2 days only: 4th and 5th of December 2026.

Booking & Payment
Full payment of $275 is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Bookings are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Session Details
Each session runs for 20 minutes and includes 5 professionally edited digital files. Additional digital files may be purchased separately at $45 each.

How Many People Can Be Included

Sessions include up to 6 people. If your group is larger than 6, an additional charge of $50 per extra person applies and must be arranged and paid before your session. Please let me know the number attending when you book. I reserve the right to limit the number photographed, to keep the session within the 20 minutes.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
All bookings are final. Rescheduling is not available. If you need to cancel, no refund is guaranteed, however, if your spot can be filled from a waitlist or new booking, a refund may be issued at the photographer’s discretion.

Unclaimed or Unused Sessions
Sessions not attended are forfeited and non-refundable. No credit or extension will be offered once the 4th and 5th of December dates have passed.

Gallery & Image Delivery
Edited galleries will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session date. Digital files are for personal use; commercial use requires separate written permission from the photographer.

Photographer’s Rights
The photographer retains copyright of all images and may use session images for portfolio, marketing or promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to their session.

General
The photographer reserves the right to amend these terms if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness). Any changes will be communicated to booked clients as soon as possible.
